CPG's Privacy Statement

This statement discloses the information gathered by the Corporate Privacy Group, including its Website.

Most businesses state how important customer privacy is to their company. We think that is only half the point. Privacy is important to companies because it is important to individuals. For that reason, Corporate Privacy Group is very careful about all personal information entrusted by clients, colleagues and interested parties.

We do not collect personally identifiable information on our Web site at this time. In the future, we may develop our Web site by adding forms that collect personal information. We will update this statement whenever there is a material change to our information practices, alerting visitors to the changes.
You may choose to provide us information in other ways, by sending e-mail, making a phone call, or posting a letter. If you do, we promise to secure your information and maintain its confidentiality.

We provide you the right to see personal information about you that we might maintain. You may change inaccuracies and request we delete your information.
We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose personally identifiable information, mailing lists, or other information about you. Of course, we maintain records of individuals who contact us in order to conduct business and provide responses. Let's not get completely carried away, eh? Business runs on personal information. Our promise is that what's between you and us stays that way.

We do not enable "cookies" on our web site. If you don't know what a cookie is, then it's time you found out. Try Webopedia for starters. Our Web site host server does collect technical information about visitors to our site, including date, time, and IP address. Back to Webopedia to find out about IP addresses.

We look at this aggregated data occasionally to see if anyone actually reads what we've written here. The logs contain no information that identifies people and we just look at the aggregate data anyway. Life's too short to spend it actually spying on people.

We will share personal information we have in certain limited cases. We may be required to provide personal information in response to a valid court order, subpoena, government investigation, or as otherwise required by law. Unless prevented by law, we will notify you before we release that information.
If, in good faith, we believe that activities we observe are unlawful, we reserve the right to report those to law enforcement agencies. Finally, we may release certain personal information when we believe doing so is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of others and ourselves.
If you have questions about this privacy statement, please contact us.
